Nice work. Is that just the camera angle on the last picture or does he really lean so far left? Looks like he could fall easily .

Completed this Dwarfs Anvil of Doom for Old World. It was only ~30 years work-in-progress. The late ‘90s me completed the Runesmith and the anvil, last weekend me did the guards, the forge and the helper guy.

I kept the ‘90s paint job in tact, just fixed few places where paint had chipped and added a bit of brown tonality to the base as it was just straight up black undercoat with grey drybrushes. Yeah, I obviously paint much better now but it all kind of matches.

@sundancer he actually has a very serious lean. It’s made of very lightweight 3D printed resin so it’s unlikely to topple but I also put weights in the base for extra insurance.

I was going for a caught in mid pivot sort of pose to make him fit into the more dynamic poses found on other Blkout models.

@sundancer Feels great, I placed it on the best spot in my miniatures cabinet. Dwarfs are my first love in Warhammer and minies in general. I will be working on more midhammer and oldhammer dwarfs this year. Bugman’s Rangers are lined up next!
