Lore Book Lore Book Lore Book! I love a Lore book.
I’m interested to see how the rules being all digital and free works out, and if other companies take notice and follow your lead. The bulk of the money made has to be from plastic, so it makes sense to let people get for free all the rules they need to work out what plastic they want to buy.
You could already get the N4 and Code One rules for free but they still offered a physical copy, the same for Warcrow. It seems that for N5 they are not going to do that anymore, which is kinda a shame as I like a physical version for my rules but it is not handy if they do updates.
I still like the idea of real books…

Since Infinity had split books for rules and lore since N3 it makes sense to keep the rules digital to allow for constant updates. Not a big fan of that because of how old I am but at least it is free. Let’s hope it doesn’t crash on release day.
I’m surprised the lore is moving away from wider confrontation and normalizing relations with the CA. I’ll have to get my hands on this to see how the story moved forward and where it’s going.

My best guess is that Haqq will be updated after the release of the animated series.
Killian really sells that book. He’s got me thinking about picking it up. Might be worth it just for the painting guide as it’s something I struggle with painting the minis to look good.
The “pods” / vehicles seem interesting, however I get the impression that they’re just “beefier” motorcycles. Obviously I havent seen the rules yet. Would be interesting to see if they turn out to be a form of air-superiority “above” the table instead (granted, then everything can shoot at them).
Cool new lore for N5
I think Corvus Belli is really on to something with having the rules digital, but the lore nicely bundled in a book that you read *NOT* from a screen. Heck. The world of infinity is edging itself into my view. I might have to jump in again!
Never really dug that deep into the Infinity lore but that’s going to have to change.

As a rather old times Infinity guy (started with 1.5 I believe) I’m a bit perplexed that the EI basically just gave up / got bored and quit.
Conquering the HS was it’s core thing. It’s kind of an ace move though.
Morat, Shasvastii, Exrah and Ur / EI aspects sitting on the O12-table is a really weird thing.
BTW what’s happening with all the EI units? Are they shutting down or leaving or do they act independently now?
