Don’t Miss Exclusive Dropfleet Commander Ships From TTCombat
December 1, 2025 by brennon
Whilst Black Friday might be practically over, there is still a chance to get your hands on some exclusive miniatures from TTCombat for use in the Sci-Fi wargame, Dropfleet Commander. There are four of them available for you to scoop up.
Jah'Tar Startrader // Dropfleet Commander
The Jah'Tar was an independent star-faring race that came from the planet of Jaheria. They have maintained mostly peaceful trade with the UCM colony of Platina, most often known for their impressive, graceful ships known as the Startraders.
Unarmed, these cruiser-sized ships are decorated with meeting spaces, living quarters and massive holds. A Startrader can often be found working as a mercenary vessel for other races, carrying supplies from one system to another.
Space Salvaging
You might also want to throw the TYPE-87 Terminus Harvester into your games of Dropfleet Commander.
TYPE-87 Terminus Harvester // Dropfleet Commander
As you might have guessed, the TYPE-87 Terminus Harvester and the accompanying VX-22 Flensers included in the set (not pictured here) are used for salvaging wreckage from battles. It's a dangerous job but someone's got to do it. It can also be incredibly lucrative if you can find the right ships to tear down.
I quite like the idea of including the TYPE-87 Terminus Harvester in one of your games, trying to salvage some alien craft. The Scourge or the Shaltari then end up not taking too kindly to that and so try to hunt down the captain and his crew. That's where you get called in to "resolve" the situation.
Deliver Supplies
As you're travelling through the depths of space, you might end up needing supplies. That's where the SLM-9 Resupply Hauler comes in.
SLM-9 Resupply Hauler // Dropfleet Commander
You could put together a great scenario with a couple of these. Have one of your ships stranded, perhaps after the events of a recent battle. The ship can't move for the majority of the game and has to rely on these Haulers to get the right amount of cargo and supplies onboard so that the crew can refit their ship and get it operational.
The enemy, sensing a drifting target, has sprung into action. Their aim is to destroy the Haulers so the main ship can't get operational, leaving it at the mercy of their boarding parties. Can the rest of your fleet get their in time to save the stranded vessel?
Asteroid Mining!
Last but not least, we have the LKS Dredger Mining Vessel.
LKS Dredger Mining Vessel // Dropfleet Commander
Asteroids are packed with important minerals that are used for the creation and powering of starships. So, protecting these mining vessels could well be the main task of your fleet. It might be boring hanging out in the outskirts of the asteroid field but things got a whole lot more exciting once all the sensors started going off!
Your UCM fleet now has to do what it can to fight back against an enemy fleet that is moving in to take your claim. Maybe you're actually playing as the Resistance and it's the UCM who have come in to stop your nefarious behaviour in the system?

Oh, man. I don’t even play Dropfleet, but those industrial ships’ designs are right up my alley.
Those are extremely tempting….
