Osprey Games has announced that they are celebrating the tenth anniversary (ten years?!) of Frostgrave with a special Limited Deluxe Edition of the multi-award-winning Fantasy skirmish game by Joseph A. McCullough.

This version of the second edition rulebook is bound in leatherette with a lovely silver foiled Frostgrave logo on the front. You get a slipcase for your book as well as twin book ribbons which you can use for marking key parts of the book.
The improved rules for the second edition include are include, but you also get the rules for the Ring of Transference, the rulebook's rarest and most mysterious artefact. A great option for those looking to get started in Frostgrave or for those who are big fans of the game.

This is going to be exclusively available through Osprey Games' webstore and the team are looking at a release date of November 2025. If you want to truly embrace the grimoire-hoarding nature of the wizards of Felstad, then this feels like it's worth picking up.

Big fan of Frostgrave so will be very tempted to grab this
Osprey desperate to squeeze a few more shekels out of a game that is arguably about the opposite of that. Looks nice though.
The game is totally about squeezing shekels from a frozen city but yeah I take your point.

cracking game, im glad i didnt have to paint up all the NPC creatures though. book looks nice and the completionists in us will want it
This looks amazing I wonder if it will be just a re-cover of the current rules or will it include some more stuff within and some new art perhaps though the frostgrave art is already amazing. I think it’s a yes for me the game is already one of my favourite games to play.
I have a lot of frostgrave books from first and second edition… but I struggle to get a game going… I find it so hard to create a wizard I like. Picking spells is hard.
Hmm, while I have the same problem of getting a game going, I was going to go with straight builds for my wizards and mostly thugs. I mean its not like you only need to make one warband, you can make several and probably should so you can get games going.
