About the Project
I have decided to tackle a terrain project based on the Frostgrave spin off Ghost Archipelago. The lost colossus supplement contains a number of scenarios which involve war bands seeking out the shattered parts of a giant statue. They fight over the leg and the hand etc. I wondered how to deal with that before looking around work for body parts. I work in a museum that has some old mannequins in storage as they are no longer in fashion for exhibits. All I could find was a hand so got in touch with a nearby visitor attraction who were very helpful after telling me they had a cellar full of body parts. I helped myself to a female dummy and hacked it up. I have started with the head and after being inspired by the games art work I had it chopped in half and decorated it with geenstuff and bits of card. I remembered to take her eyelashes off first.

Giant wasps
Continuing to fill out my random encounter tables I printed off a couple of giant wasps. They were designed for fallout but they do the job.
I also did a video moaning about the state of the game Giant squid games
I picked up these tentacles at a show months ago and forgot who the supplier was. I've based them so I can cross off another random encounter from the list
Tidying my bush
My scatter terrain was looking a bit tired so needed a bit of tlc. Some had square bases that I felt clashed with the organic nature of a jungle so I've rebased and used some failed 3d prints as standing stones. They were fallout lockers
Giant scorpion
After putting together a rad scorpion for fallout I thought I could reuse it for GA as giant scorpion. I can recreate the cover of the lost colosus cover. The tire on the scorpion base is clearly just a lost artifact Cathaka
I went back to daybreak minis for some birdmen to be cathaka. In the rule book they resemble vultures but I wanted something more tropical so I went for a variety of colours.
Erithereans
Hard finding elephant men so I looked for 3D prints and found these by daybreak minis who do some great animal style monsters. I need two for the Eritherean graveyard scenario.
Kitbash
Using Atlantic boxers I wanted to create some crew with an Asian feel. The kit doesn't include bows so they came from the crew kit
Adding some north star metals
River expedition
3D printed raft from iron gate scenery for those river based scenarios. Just need to avoid those arrows from the river bank
