About the Project
First crack at a OTT project ^-^ In v3 I had 800 points of the big 4(German,US, British and soviets) for late war . With the newish V4 book I decided to upgrade my forces! So here are my project to update it to a full 100 points in Version 4 of our beloved rules. it is quite a big jump point wise as 100 points is the equivalent of 1500 points in V3 and earlier if I am correct.

Wave two has arrived!
Hello Guys and Guillettes!
Long time not posted, it’s cause I have been waiting on the side on a secret project.
But here are finally the second wave of Shermans all painted.
Next on the list? Four more of those kind tanks
and of course a picture
Double glazed
Not much done tonight as I had a second coat of gloss varnish to apply. Still with a rattle can of Vallejo gloss varnish, it never disapoints.
On the more exiting the disaster that struck yesterday got sorted out, as when I did a quick decals inventory I found that only the Regiment Number were missing, however however however (for all the Flashgitz fans) digging through an old box of metal and resine Crombads, I saw that I had the decals 53 for my Regiment of Irish Guards! Huzzah I can get them painted and ready for war by the year’s end!
And as always a quick snap
Transfer done!
Well tonight I applied all the decals on the 4 shermans.
And also recieved my confirmation from Battlefront order…. sadly the decal packs are not sent. so the next wave will be done until the point I can apply the decals and I shall keep on going once I recieved them.
Here is the daily picture
I like it Shineh!
So nothing big on the brits tonight, just another layer of Vallejo Gloss Varnish from the rattlecan and did cut the decals so they are ready for application tomorrow night.
Proof in the comfy picture
Got to move it
Happy December!
I bet you guys are also crawling under lots of end of the year drinks and Christmas market and people who are dragging away from the workbench.
Finally leashed myself to the bench, all the food was stocked up.
So I did put the black on the wheels and the tracks.
Then German Grey 995 on the track pads and wheels as highlight, also on the machine guns and metal parts of the tools.
Khaki 988 on the bags and tars, and then a wash of Brown shade 200.
Chocolate wood 872 on the wood (tools handles and the machine guns handles. Then highlight the wood with Flat earth 983.
And GW leadblecher on the metal parts of the tools and machine guns and also the side of the tracks where it’s meant to be metal.
Then pick up your vallejo glossy varnish spray, and spray the little jesus out of them. Done!
Proof in the picture down below. Also been working on a little surprise for someone so it kinda draws my work away from this project admitly.
Aibrush time Babeh
Hello Blokes and Blokettes!
So the Shermans did get a coat of Vallejo Russian Uniform WWII 924.
The Panthers Did get a coat of Mig Dunkelgelb Base A.Mig 902.
And of course as always, those tanks need their conforts, so on the sofa they go.
Weakend was weak
G’Day!
So this weekend I did less than planned, kinda floppeddown and relaxed / socialized after a draining week.
Still I kicked my bum and ended up doing a drybrush of Vallejo Russian Uniform WWII 924 to tidy up the pinwash and then a drybrush Vallejo Russian Uniform WWII 924 with Vallejo Green Grey 886. mixed 50/50.
And as always a quick sofa picture to prove it.
Pin wash done and a beer!
Pin wash finally finished. Got around to do some bookshelve reorganisation for my wargaming books (so many books)
Quick picture, also those blokes did deserve a beer 😉
