About the Project
After moving house I have obtained a new hobby space in the garage but aren't sure what to do to it. So in looking for any ideas and help before I wreck the place

Room for a table?
As it's a nice day I thought I'd set up in my den in the garden my gaming table. I play games in the house but I wanted to see what room I have in this space. It's not much but I can store a lot under it. As it's the Rorkes Drift anniversary I got out my boards and found some damage from moving house since done a few repairs

I think the room looks better with something set up
I'll leave the armies in their boxes for now. Let there be light
So my den has power apart from the lighting system. No light at all so at some point I need an electrician to have a look. 
In the meantime I picked up an LED strip for £15 which does s good enough job for now so at least I can see what I'm looking atGardening?
The old window at the back of the garage is overgrown with ivy so I can't see out. I didn't think my hobby space would include gardening.

That's better. I then made the mistake of opening the window. The glass slid out the rotten frame and I had to struggle to close the window again. Looks like a new window is neededThe Redcoats are coming
Sitting in my garage is this dress dummy but I have two uniforms to go on display once the garage is secure. A ww1 and a Zulu war uniform.

Mess of belts that is always a pain to sort out
It can stay in the spare room for now where the wife does work zoom calls. She always has to move things out of shot Incase people think she's a rampant colonialist. The ww1 kit can stay in the wardrobe for now.Storing hobby
Had a bit if a tidy and pleased to find that most of my useful boxes fit under the garage work spot I need to examine all my boxes if little men when I get the chance to see if any need repairs after the move. The desk draws are handy for paints and materials for the moment
Staying indoors part two
As we sorted out the spare room the wife asked if any of this can go in the garage (den) but I argued that boxed games and books might go mouldy if I don't deal the place first. So my fighting fantasy collection and oldhammer games and westend games starwars will have to stay in the house

Because the garage will need some work I'll be keeping some things in the house such as my old Warhammer collection. While the wife was sorting the kitchen I was rearranging books.
The new space
It’s s solid brick 1930s garage with a bit of a work space. If I want to use the space I’m not sure what to do to insulate the place it what to do with the bricks or old wooden doors
