About the Project
After picking up the Evil Dead board game I decided to work on elevating it from board to scenery by building the cabin in the woods. As a die hard Evil dead fan I couldn't resist it. No one wants a board game when you can run around a 3D cabin. There is plenty of source material out there to recreate this classic movie set.

The cabin plan
The board gives me a nice template for the nodey which I want to build to be the same size. The rustic look if the cabin should be forgiving when it comes to construction and the interior will be the hard bit. I'll be using foam board and cars for the main part but a bit of wood as well. Bellow are my first walls measured out to slit together. Once I got the templates done I'll look to details later. 
The characters
Each player has the potential to go bad so we get two versions of each. Girlfriend Linda before and after the shovel to the head

The end boss. The scale is a bit off to incorporate this into my cabin build as the doorway is too big for the rest of the minis.

I've added a lot of scatter to the killer tree Including some dried leafs I cut up from the garden
