After a slight enforced pause due to work travel and a holiday, I managed to get the Farseer done!

As mentioned, I was interested in trying one of those starfield/galaxy type cloaks that you see the fancy painters doing…so I gave it a go!

I had a bash at airbrushing some spacey colours onto the cloakI had a bash at airbrushing some spacey colours onto the cloak

Then came some painting and a lack of photography…and then all of a sudden it was done!

I need to come back and take better pictures..these are a bit dark..but you get the idea.I need to come back and take better pictures..these are a bit dark..but you get the idea.

The objective for this project was to get an army built, painted and on the table.  And this week the final piece of that puzzle was achieved – a rare game!

The Eldar went up against my brother’s Slaanesh War Dogs.  It was a bit of a re-learning game for us but it was really fun, and the tactics were interesting given the armies were very asymmetrical.

Eldar won the battle, but that wasn’t the point.  The victory was the game itself!
