Dags 2026 the random brushstrokes of a butterfly

Plant love gunk slowed progress but a lot of priming got done and 4 peices finished, 2 test peices and 2 random peices

So work has rudely impinged on hobby time, but as it funds and I am able to do so all good.

So hobby has been random bits.  Tiny progress on helsmiths, a random hasslefree shaman finished and some work on old projects.  Also digging out a range of minis for test paints some to decide if the armies stay or go.

Also built the new Thrudd, with some inspirational reading and built the made to order ork boyz

Found the test minis I was doing for turnip while clean up the hobby room so finished them off.  I will ezpand at some point

Finished up the pirates, need to varnish tomorrow but calling them done

Just a random one day paint job, another play on vampire skin and contrasting that against some warm colours

Bitty week, lots of little bits of progress, nothing finished.  Plus some building, and a return to Necrons and helsmiths … due to one wanting to do some messy playing with bases and two having put too much green paint on my palette.  Something that worrying drives a lot of my hobby.

Highlighting my inability to stay on target*, got diverted by the new shelob kit (lovely but the attachment points to the rocks where a questionable choice)  also grabbed the old webbed Frodo

Finished painting my first mini of the year.  Quite happy with the sneaky zerg test, need to settle on a pop colour.  Also finished the build for my planned forest goblin force for saga, age of magic
