Set myself the challenge of building and painting an army for Turnip28 prior to attending Turnip Con later this year.
Had a good rummage through various bits boxes and historical kits to create my army. Some old farmyard animal toys were also incorporated. This was a really fun project to work on.
Perry miniatures and Wargames Atlantic boxes were used alongside some 3d printed heads and torsos. The balloon is from a age of sigmar model I had in a bits box. Gamer grass supplied the grass tufts. I used a variety of paints from army painter speed paints and war paints fanatic with some contrast paints appearing too. AK terrains muddy ground does a lot of the heavy lifting.
