Acquisitions Inc Are Back For More D&D At PAX East 2015!
February 25, 2015 by brennon
Next weekend Acquisitions Incorporated are back on the scene for another live Dungeons & Dragons game at PAX East where Chris Perkins will be taking the intrepid heroes through another awesome story. You can check out a recap of the last adventure above...
These guys have been to hell, flown around in a magical house, walked a massive golem across the lands and fought off masses of dragons all with typical Jim Darkmagic flare. It would be great to see the traditional podcast return but I'm glad that they get to join up at least once a year and bring the band back together.
If you want to check out the Live D&D Game then you can watch it on Sunday 8th March 2015 at 1:30pm EST.
Will you be tuning in?

@brennon – Cool, cheers for the heads up on this, I’ve never heard of them before but will definitely be working through their archives now. I love listening to/watching RPG sessions – even though it makes me cry a little as I go without them myself in reality….!
With this in mind, and to recommend something similar to anyone even vaguely interested in this, I’m a HUGE fan of what Rodrigo Lopez runs with the Major Spoilers crew on the Critical Hit podcast too. Seriously, it’s up to like nearly 300 odd episodes now, over multiple seasons of campaigns/worlds and years of play. All with the same crew of players, characters and an epic over-arching narrative the guy has built from scratch. Absolutely wonderful stuff and although I know Chris Perkins is rightly lauded as a DM deity I honestly think Rodrigo is just as good. If you want not just one but multiple ‘Lord of the Rings’ epic tales you can do no wrong. It’s really that good, and cool as the main dude of the MSP Steven starts out as a complete novice too in the earliest episodes. Just wait until Matthew Peterson arrives as idiot-savant 3/4 Orc ‘Torq’, possibly my favourite character in ALL of fantasy.
I’m quite a fan of this show….. 🙂
I will have to give it a look @cornishdaimyo !
