Alessio for the win!
Alessio!!
Alessio for the win!
I think Rick (I’m guessing it’s a bluff). Why I’d want to win a copy? Rick & Alessio mentioned SoD and I was a huge fan of that builder – fantastic stuff! There’s been a ‘couple’ of years gone past and it will be interesting to see how they’ve progressed the gendre!
Alessio
For the record, making me choose between these guys is really cruel… 😉
Given the height difference and the Jedi reference, I’m going with Rick as he reminds me of Yoda compared to Mace Cavatore – and Yoda is awesome.
I’m deferring the prize if I do win though, it needs to go to someone with a better knowledge of game mechanics so their fresh perspective can make this game the best it can be – because any game with monkey turds and killer Smurfs deserves to succeed! 🙂
Rick has this one for sure. I have always been a fan of these 2 gents and I am an aspiring game designer and avid hobbiest. I know I can interject a few things for them to think about. That and I will not be a sodding gushing fanboy on the call…
I’ll pick Alessio. You can choose me because I love games and have played my whole life. Plus I’m not afraid of flying monkeys.
Alessio
Alessio – he must have the mind power.
Why would I like to win this?
First it sounds like fun – what do those monkeys throw again?
Secondly it has some unique miniatures – monkeys throwing something smelly!
Thirdly, it seems to have some rather unique abilities – what did those monkeys throw again?
Thirdly I have hordes of fantasy figures that need a single rule system – and if those monkey can throw things with that effect then some of my figures are going to be throwing some ver nasty stuff! Enough said!
Alessio ftw!!!!!!
Alessio to win!
Rick! A true slave to darkness! …hmm i hope this book gets filled with creepy scratchy art original rogue trader stylee 😉
Rick for the emperor
I think this one will be a draw.
On a sidenote from the game description sounds like Warren might finally get Fishmen into a game.
Alessio to win
rick
rick to win!
Alessio, his Italian charm will win it.
As for why? You guys had me at murderous unicorns during a rainbow. Who would not like to play in that universe?
Alessio on this one for me.
Rick has this one!
Alessio
Rick
Wow! Fanticide looks like a cracking game.
I reckon Alesso will win.
And, “I would like to win this prize because…” in my spare time I’m a gnome mud-wrestling champion with a potbelly and a serious bounty bar addiction. Fanticide, as spawned from the dark quirky minds of two gaming legends promises to be a sensational gaming experience. It would be an honour to get a peek of this game!
Rick has this one down. Did you see his eyes during that whole video? He is making Alesseo strain before the battle even begins.
I would love to get a glimpse at what the wargaming industry is like from the point of view of two successful designers. As a fan you catch bits and pieces of the politics involved and I’m really curious about the landscape of the industry in their eyes.
I would also love to see some rules as open ended as they make hat set sound. I have so many amazing models I never get to play because their games never caught on; It would be a dream to be able to play it all in a fun and balanced anachronistic kaleidoscope of genres.
Also, I want to talk them out of ever using true los in future games.
Rick to win this one
Rick wins.
Rick to win.
Having played various games (miniatures, rpg, board etc) for a few decades now I can possibly give a well balanced view. I also remember when games were played for fun and the mechanics came second.
Alessio!
Rick is Obi Wan.
Recently Saga is the game I play most of the time so it would interesting to try another skirmish game and who dosn’t like new rules.
Alessio
Alessio seems like a nice guy but Rick is gonna fry his brain. Priestly for the mental smackdown.
I’d like to win for therapeutic reasons. You see my uncle was killed by a band of roving unicorns right before my eyes when I was a child. Oh how they neighed in delight as they tossed his head from horn to horn. I figure if I’m able to encounter them in the relative safety of a tabletop game I may be able to face my fears and stop wetting the bed every night. And maybe the neighbors will stop calling the police then cause I always break into their homes, it’s their beds I wet [ okay I admit that last part might not be strictly unicorn related ] .
Alessio wins!
Alessio will win.
Rick Priestley winner!
alessio can win ..
I’m looking forward for the rulebook .. this type of game is the one I love .. so I’m looking for all rulebook of this type to make my idea’s come better
Alessio all the Way!
Alessio is going to win
Alesso
Alessio will win
Alessio
Go Rick!
Rick! Alessio is too lovely and Italian to crush somebody’s mind.
I vote for Rick. I would love to have a take at a new company’s take at fantasy and give them support. The matter of the fact is, those minis look fantastically sweet to paint and also would like to play something different every now and then.
rick
Alessio Cavatore because he can bench his mental weight in Shuuro.
It’ll be interesting to see how I could lead my shark hero into battle with his fishmen.
Rick FTW
I’m gonna say that Rick will win this one.
I would love to win this prize because Rick was one of my main inspirations for getting into designing wargames. Rogue Trader is one of the coolest games ever, and Slaves to Darkness (and Lost and the Damned) are legitimately the 2 coolest gaming supplements ever. Alessio is a great developer as well, I know KoW and Warpath have benefited from his design. The two combining is the best of both worlds-vision and solid gameplay.
Anyway, it would be awesome to have a chance to communicate with these two masters!
Alessio!
Alessio!
Alessio is gonna win this one!!!
Alessio will win – but only just after bleeding from eyes and ears…
I think I should get this great because if this game is as twisted as it sounds it would be fun to grill the minds of those that helped create it. I do mean grill – salt and pepper, little olive oil, served with a crisp white…
Rick.
I’d like to win because Fanticide looks like a psycho-therapeutic product that helps one deal with one’s nightmares in a constructive, socially responsible manner; by playing with miniature, fez-wearing, poo-flinging flying monkeys.
Rick
rick to win, (I dont want the prize, got too much to catch up on anyway, but if i won it i would like it to be auctioned off and the proceeds donated to a charity of your choice)
Alessio win!
Rick this time.
Alessio
rick
Alessio will win…THE ITALIAN STALLION!
Alessio
Rick
alessio 😀
rick, this game looks like it will be great fun, not something super competitive just something that you and a buddy can play while cracking jokes and drinkin brews, also the minis have a old school throwback look which adds to that dark 80’s style feel
Cavatore!
Going with Rick on this one.
Alessio, he has the height
Rick will win
Alessio to win!
Allessio FTW!
Allessio possibly
I would like to win this as its one of the few games that I havent playtested
alessio for the win
Not interested in winning the prize.
Just wan’t to know how complicated the game will be? Will it be as complicated as say Mordheim or will it be more along the lines of a game that is; Easy to learn, hard to master?
With them saying it’s for mature gamers, I will assume it will be complicated. I hope not though, as I would like a game I can just pick up and play with some mates and not need a degree in nerdology to get past the first page.
Rick the emperor will give him strength
Rick to win. thats a really cool prize too!
Alessio for the win.
Is there nothing these two cannot do??
Rick!
Alessio for sure!
Rick for this one
Rick!
Alessio Cavatore
I love testing new games and comparing them. If I win this I have a good group of gamers in the area and we would test the hell out of this game.
Rick!
I think this is goes to Alesseo as he seems to have his finger in every game ever made.
The reason I think I should win is because I wish to learn more about the mind wrestling! You can win me over to the gameing side and I will become your padawan. You can teach me in the ways of the 3+ save and to use my mind powers to know measurement without a tape measure! So please wise sages make me the winner and I will show you how I role my dice.
Alessio.
Rick 4 the win.
PS (Rick to win): I’d like to win because the game sounds very interesting – is it in any way similar to the ‘Fanstasy Warlord’ rules c.1990?
I think Rick has this one
Allessio for the win, power over experience in this instance. 🙂
I think Rick is gonna win
I’ll go for Alessio.
Alessio for sure!
Alessio will win!!!

Rick is gonna win.
Why me, I always wanted to test play any of such great games designs and get the kitchen view of the delicious game that they’re cooking for us.
Rick is the Emperor.
Rick wins!!!! I wqant my copy because i’ll bring me the oporunity of playing with my confrontation miniatures vs my friends gw miniatures!
Warren wins!
Rick The Legend!!
Alessio
Alessio
Rick’s got this one locked down! Low centre of gravity and all.
Gordon doesn’t stand a chance against the legendary arm of Alessio!
Alessio win this one clearly
alessio
Rick beats Alessio,
Then Alessio kicks Rick in the nuts!
Playing a game of Fanticide sounds like fun.
Can the monkeys do other stuff like steal people’s wallets or play symbols?
I would like to win this just for the chance to speak to the guys about writing.
LOL! I hope Rick reads this – That would be COOL!
Urrrgh…. I’m gonna have to go with rick.
alessio
