Shiny card games Woooo!
I like the combination of play in Lightseekers
backed these guys on kickstarter just for the card game 🙂 very fun game with a unique rotating mechanic that works really well for setting up combos 🙂 and those new playmats look super shiny 🙂

One of the best games ive ever played,it caught my eyes for the boys. After watching a few bits on here and then giving it a go on wednesday ive been completely sold. I need to figure out how i can get into the next tournament, which will also be my first ever one!

I reckon my son would like to get into this, he likes Pokemon and has had a go at Star Wars Destiny. I reckon I’d like playing it with him, too. Pikachu is nice but these guys look cooler (to dad’s eyes)
I’ve been absolutely loving this game since I dived in after seeing it in a let’s play. I’m currently getting my head around playing a dread deck.
Yet to check this out though I’ve heard good things
Everyone is talking about Lightseeker and I have not looked at it yet. Will have to change that.

I have a similar fear of collectible card games – I was pulled away from boxes of Destiny several times on Friday (at my pre-instruction!) and this is another tempter…

These guys really have gone from strength to strength in the past year.
Really interested in this game, brought on by watching the videos here on beastsofwar. Love the artwork as well, the picture behind them when they were talking looked really nice.

Enjoyed chatting the lightseekers lads. Looking forward about what i was hearing about the new age of sigmar game they are releasing.
Sat in the bar after UKGE closed, and someone had an enormous bundle of everything lightseekers. He kindly showed me the game and I played one game of it with one of the starter decks (the green one!) and I’m hooked. If the show had still been open I’d have gone straight back in and bought it on the spot. Simple but fun and with lots of depth.
Well seems now is time to look for a demo on the net about this one.
BoW has really sold me on this game. It looks light and much more accessible than Magic, but still fun and with depth. I’m so close to buying it, but I hate the idea of blind buy. Give the prize please and tip me over the edge into pouring all my money in to this.
I may have to check this out sometime. I occasionally visit Settlers (a tabletop gaming cafe in Hamilton) and as I understand it, this has taken off in a big way there.
I know my friends would love to get the prize for this one!

I must have been in my cave when people were talking about this one. It seems fun, but I haven’t heard of it until now.
Like the different play styles you can have with the various decks in lightseekers

Now this card game has piqued my interest. I’ve got to investigate this one…
This is a fantastic game, it’s replaced all my others as the go to game to play but to also teach other people about the joys of card games.
The buff and rotation mechanic is great, and the fact the games are fast paced means its perfect for teaching. I’ve not shown this game to anyone yet who hasn’t wanted to play 2-3 more times in a row having fun.
Such a deep nuanced game as well, perfect for all levels of gamer.
This wasn’t even on my radar. Looks neat.
