A good round up of the dying stages of the battle @oriskany. Always interesting as weak pieces that have been for the better part of the game shall we say hiding. Now come out and can now actually decide the game. Such as these trucks if they get victory points for exciting the table at […]

@onlyonepinman Loving the scenery, it all looks really good. Can’t help thinking though that the desert Sci-Fi stuff could use a Cantina Mos Eisley style 😉
Cheers,

A bestial warrior has come forth from the workbench of MOMminiatures and their Divine Rage range. Here we have an Ogre, crossed with a dragon, with a little bit of demonic centaur in there too. As you can see these guys have really gone down the route of ‘bigger is better’ at the moment and this is one […] -

I am looking forward to the Desert book (and the 2nd Desert book even if it is further down the line).
On the topic of the soft cover smaller books, maybe something self-contained like Sicily might be interesting (hint hint hint) -

With many games I tend to play with LoS into and out of the building to models on that side; but not through as there”d be internal walls and furniture. Unless you gave those in which case you can go true LoS!

The Harrier II – since Team Yankee was set in 1986 (or thereabouts) the RAF had not achieved operational status with these at the time – there were older Harrier 1’s still knocking around but they were pretty poor by comparison. The second generation Harriers were an American design, superficially similar to the original but […]

Hey Chrisg, had a fab birthday. Unfortunately I don’t think we will be contributing much this week as knee deep in packing for travel to Historicon.
Anyway, hope you have a great day. -

I second this @reiton, many people still believe the Harrier is a very modern aircraft because it was so revolutionary 🙂

Hey everyone, and a happy weekend to you all. I’m a little late, but fashionably so! 🙂 My son is up since Thursday and will be heading home Tuesday. I’ll be spending the majority of the time with him, so aside from this evening and Monday evening I’ll be getting little done hobby-wise, and rightly […]

The Harrier is from the late 1960s, was an old bird at the time of team yankee 🙂
