The Old Ones stir.

Something evil is terrorising Arkham. Your monsters. Recruit cult members, perform rituals, learn new powers and become the most feared cult. Your enemies will be trying to stop you and there are investigators on your trail. Can you out maneuver them to grow in strength and turn the district into a centre of horror? Can you recruit more cultists and make valuable allies in order to expand your control?

WIll you become the favoured of the Old Ones, driving the city to destroy itself in madness and fear? As the city comes under your control, can you become the highest cultist of the Old Ones?
