Leading the way is the brand new Rule Book. Within this book, you'll find all of the tweaked and updated core rules for Dystopian Wars. Command frigates, cruisers, flagships, airships and towering walkers as they crash through the waves. Here's some more background on the world of Dystopian Wars...

And as the nations of the world vie for control of territories across the globe, squadrons of warships and monstrous dreadnoughts sail forth, the pinnacle of these Great Powers’ naval might. New Rules & Gubbins Set

As well as the new Rule Book, you'll also be able to get the new Rules & Gubbins Set, which comes with all of the accessories you'll need for playing your games of Dystopian Wars on the tabletop.

Inside this set, you will get the Rule Book that we mentioned above, but also everything else that you need for diving into your games. You'll have your Action Dice for rolling your fleet's attacks and defensive measures and Critical Damage Dice, which determine just how badly you've scuppered your enemy's plans.

You will also get your Victory & Valour Deck, which is critical for play, allowing you to either score victory points or make bold plays with the alternative effects offered by the cards. This is backed up by a host of tokens and markers, which will allow you to track the state of the game.

Finally, you'll also have a bunch of measuring tools, allowing you to move your warships and more around. This is the essential set for you to pick up so you can make use of your fleets in the new edition of the game.

It should be noted that beyond what you're seeing here, all of your existing Dystopian Wars miniatures will be viable in-game. You simply need to buy the new book and associated accessories and you'll be able to play with what's available in your collection.

New Victory & Valour Deck

With the Rules & Gubbins Set coming with everything that you need for your games, you might want to pick up that extra Rule Book or an extra Victory & Valour Deck so you and your opponent have everything that you need for your games.

Victory & Valour Deck // Dystopian Wars

A Victory & Valour Deck is integral to your games of Dystopian Wars. On the one hand, you have Victory conditions and objective scoring opportunities. This changes from turn to turn and you'll have to be a good general to work out when best to claim your tally, ticking up towards your all-important win.

Alternatively, you can use the cards for their Valour Effect, which gives you immediate buffs and bonuses. This could boost your attacks, manoeuvre you into better positions or protect you from harm at a critical moment. BUT, this comes at the cost of not being able to play the card for its Victory points, so you'll have to think on your feet!

All of these releases will be coming at the end of September, giving you a chance to get started in the new edition of Dystopian Wars with your existing miniatures.
