Gamemat.eu have set up the battlefields for today's conflict, using their mats and terrain to create some pretty cool locations in the grim darkness of the far future.

Round one is well under way, with some fantastic armies on display.

While everyone got stuck into their games, we took a walk down the first row of tables to get a look at how the armies fair on Gamemat.eu's battlefields.

Cool I didn’t actually know the gamemat were from my homeland 😀 @dignity you should definitely go to Golden Tiger best Pub in prag in my opinion and by the way the tea you speak about since couple of weeks is actuallz from Slovakia….. Man seeing so much people playing in a tournament brings up good memories when I used to go to tournaments regularly. Those were fun times with a lot of cool people.

The only thing better than a fully painted army on a sweet looking board with kick ass terrain, is sixty fully painted armies on 30 sweet looking boards with kick ass terrain.

Great coverage so far as usual guys, enjoy. I might be buying into my first 40K models with the Forgebane box. Undecided between that and Legion right now, money will only go so far this month. But my AoS armys are crying out for a game mat to battle on so this thread is pretty good replacement for a weekender for me 🙂 Fingers crossed.

As always just a little jealous of all these events that you guys get to attend.
the event looks awesome as do all the armies and the terrain.
I’m not sure if its just me or not… But there does seem to be a good amount of Ad-Mech armies there the tables. I dont know why but that has surprised me. I am someone with no clue what does well at tournaments etc, so that is probably why!

Maybe next time try to get one of the coolest looking armies and show it all set up so we can see the whole armie. Get the owner to share some tactics on it.

Really good coverage guys, made a nice change from the weekender. I’ve never wanted to go to a tournament because I’m not a hard edged gamer. However, the feel of this one was so far away from what I expected and that’s to the credit of organisers and players.
What a lovely sight. Sleepy and hungover I load up BoW and remember it was prague open this weekend and have lots of updates to watch, read and absorb.
