Operation Bagration Pre-Orders Available For Flames Of War

Battlefront Miniatures are taking pre-orders for a new supplement for their 15mm scale World War II wargame, Flames of War. You will soon be able to get your hands on Operation Bagration: Forces on the Eastern Front 1944.

This new book for the current edition of Flames of War collects together the material that was previously available in the various Force books that Battlefront Miniatures created. That means, you'll find all of the rules for running the Germans, Soviets, Romanians, Hungarians and the Finns all in one place.

Additionally, the book will cover all of the typical elements that you find in a Flames of War book, including loads of painting guides, basing guides and details on the way that the various nations fought during this period of World War II.

In addition to including all of the nations in one place, you'll also get access to fourteen new Formations and a handful of Support options in the book as well. This means that, as quite a mighty tome, it is going to be pretty invaluable for someone wanting to play out this particular snapshot of World War II on the tabletop in 15mm scale.

It has been noted that there are no points changes in the book, so if you've already got armies sorted for Operation Bagration, that element of your collection won't be changing. You'll just get access to more information about this period, all in one place, in addition to the various lists for running different Formations in games of Flames of War.

As well as offering up the chance to sink your teeth into a compilation, Battlefront Miniatures will also be taking pre-orders for a new set of Reference Cards, which will give you some handy accessories for use on the battlefield.
