Google translate agrees that the red font reads Yak 3.  If I knew how to type with that alphabet I could have translated it all.  Thank you both.  I’m assuming this is a toy/display model and not intended as a game piece, but no reason it couldn’t be used as one if I match its scale to a suitable game.
