Daft thing is Rubicon DO have you covered for almost everything PZ IV and a few T-34 track pieces (they are actually 3D printed) in 1/56th scale, BUT they are only available from the Rubicon Asia store. It gets a bit annoying with them have three different webstores all with different availability of models, but there you go.
