Unfortunately the Connaught Rangers were disbanded after a proud history going back to 1793. As far as I can tell they were retired and don’t have any active Regiments continuing their traditions and name.

thanks @elessar2590 as far as I’m aware the national army museum inherited part of the Rangers mess/museum collection, among which are Thomas Hughes medals. I assume they are also responsible for facepage as well.
