Managed to get 11 minis out of the 10 mini Chainrasp sprue. ?
Kitbash with a piece of cheap chain, green stuff, Mantic Games Ghoul arms, a head of a hammer and Zombie hand to make an interesting weight for the chain and a cut down Gripping Beast Dane Axe.
I now know, thank you Gerry and your awesome infomercials 🙂 , that other types of modelling putty may have been better, but i have a fair amount of green stuff to use up before i venture into new colours and am not immediately looking into scratch build sculpting.

Some more Crisis Protocol, Hulk, Thor, Panther, Killmonger and a ride for Red Skull!
February 24, 2020 at 11:28 am #1489807A friend gave me a box of half finished minis before Christmas. Stuff he hadn’t touched in forever and knew he’d never get to. This weekend I spent finishing off his Bane Warriors. 8 were fully painted, 2 more had all but their hands and weapons painted. I repainted all the bone and skirts to bring them in line with the rest of my army, and because I don’t know how to match his white bone and the skirts were chipped in a few places.

February 24, 2020 at 1:19 pm #1489814Weekend Update!
Had quite the productive weekend and got quite a bit done, first up the Khador Juggernaut:

Next up, after a few weeks of toiling away at her, I finally got Inquisitor Greyfax completed.

Last but not least, worked away at The Mountain that Rides, it is a lot of yellow to paint!

In the background you can see The Mountain which I painted last year as I used him for a reference point.
February 24, 2020 at 8:17 pm #1489952Had the Goff Rockers assembles and primed in green for quite a while. Decided to finish them up this past weekend.

Used a GW rattle can of Wraithbone, then used various GW contrasts paints for models, and GW Texture, Wash, Drybrush paints for the base. Reaper Honed Steel for the metal. And a rattle can of Krylon UV Resistant Clear cost to seal it. Liked how the leather jacket came out using Black Templar. All in all a fun project.February 24, 2020 at 9:30 pm #1490001https://www.beastsofwar.com/project/1480867/

February 25, 2020 at 7:37 pm #1490413I’ve primed and started my second Dwarf Berserker Lord on Brock. The rider is a Games Workshop Giant Slayer whose wide stance made him a natural cavalry man. He will be added to my Project Blog once finished; https://www.beastsofwar.com/project/1440343/

February 26, 2020 at 8:02 am #1490532I have finished my Mediterranean Farm by Sarissa Precision for Mortal Gods, Gangs of Rome, CLASH of Spears, Blood & Plunder, plus Spanish Napoleonics and Spanish Civil War. I am really pleased with the results of this and cannot wait to put it down on the tabletop. What do you think of it?
