Got the 5 figure party done in less than an hour while watching TV this morning. Contrast paints over a black to white zenithal preshade – can’t believe how quickly this approach works.

Its been really hard for me to feel motivated to keep painting, and have taken to having a large clear out of hobby things I will never need or use in the future!

But.. I did finish my Chaos Knight (more info in my project)

Asset Drops March 2020 Monster box included a Mantic Giant and a diorama base.  I’ve gone witn the standard base and imported over what elements I can (While avoiding the pot of supplied static grass.  I hate the stuff, but please convince me its worth using).  Its not often I find these boxes irresistible, but I couldn’t hold off getting this guy painted.

And for anyone not quite grasping the scale, here he is with a skeleton from the same range, taking his dog out for a walk, because even an undead dog needs his exercise.
