Assassins Battle Templars In New Ruckus Rules Coming Soon

Wargames Illustrated has previewed a new set of free rules that will come in the November issue of the magazine. Based on Mike Peters' Here's the Ruckus rules, you'll take to the Holy Land in clashes between Crusaders and Assassins.

Assassins & Templars: A Ruckus Game // Wargames Illustrated

Directly inspired by the book of the same name, Assassins and Templars: A Battle in Myth and Blood by Steve Tibble, this Ruckus game will thrust you into the armoured boots of the Crusaders and the soft shoes of the Assassins as you fight for control of the Holy Land.

It will make use of the Ruckus rule mechanics (more of which you can read about here) and should be a nice way for you to make use of your collection of Medieval miniatures if they've been starved of a good battle recently.

Keep an eye out for this when the November issue lands in stores and online. I have to watch my newsagents like a hawk, otherwise the issues are always gone!
