Chronicles of Midgard // James Morris
Chronicles of Midgard adds new, fast-moving narrative campaigns to your games of Midgard Heroic Battles, where you fight through fifteen new and challenging scenarios. At the core of this is a simple map-based campaign that has you focus on the heroic deeds of two Courts of Heroes as they compete for renown on the battlefield. This allows you to play out awesome campaigns in Historical or Fantasy settings, whatever works best for you.
Additionally, you have those new scenarios which will introduce ambushes, broken terrain and the attacking of fortifications. Lots of things that you need when you're setting up a great campaign.

Chronicles of Midgard also contains a full campaign for you to play out, From Athelnay to Ethandum. This is a Historical campaign which sees Alfred the Great going up against the Vikings in 878 AD. There are also full Muster Rolls that give you Force Lists for both sides and additional rules for helping you to create your own.
You'll note that the book once again features amazing artwork by Jon Hodgson and HandiWork Games, making sure that it fits very nicely alongside Midgard Heroic Battles. Morris has also talked about future plans for what he calls "Goblet-Sized Campaigns" that will be in PDF form. These will cover specific Historical, Legendary and Fantasy campaigns and forces that catch his eye.
It goes without saying that you'll need a copy of Midgard Heroic Battles to use Chronicles of Midgard. Watch out for this full release in Mid-April after Salute and get your pre-orders from the links HERE.
