Throw Claymore Castings’ New Medieval Peasants At The Enemy!

Claymore Castings recently added a set of four new figures to their 28mm miniatures collection for those who want to indulge in a bit of Medieval wargaming. See what you make of their new Early 15th Century European Peasants.

As mentioned, there are four metal miniatures featured as part of this set, with a range of different weapons that they have pilfered. They are all in proper action poses and probably wielding weapons that you've not really seen before! I certainly couldn't name a few of them.

These Peasants have been specifically designed around the look of soldiers who would have been fighting during this period in Bohemia, Southern Germany and Austria. That might account for the slightly more flamboyant outfits!

If you're looking to dip into the Medieval era and would like to get some miniatures that are a little bit different when compared to the standard peasantry, this might be worth a go! I do like the detail in the sculpts and how much "action" they all have, which would make them a solid fit for a skirmish game, in my opinion.

You can order these right now and then perhaps look into the rest of their Bohemian Men-At-Arms range to see if something else takes your fancy.
Could you do with some more pleasant peasants in your wargaming collection?

Bloody peasants!
Wretched peasants!
They look good to beef up numbers in your force’s
And they’re bred to absorb damage better than nobility!
I kinda like these, may have to grab them.
