Studio Tomahawk are closing in on the release of their new rules, Kepis & Bayonets, which covers the American Civil War but also the Franco-Prussian War to an extent. This expands on their existing range of Historical wargames, Muskets & Tomahawks, Redcoats & Tomahawks and Shakos & Bayonets.

Kepis & Bayonets covers the American Civil War but also the Franco-Prussian War, giving you two different theatres to fight in. You will get an overview of both periods within the book as well as army lists for both conflicts, covering the various troop types, cavalry and artillery available.

Kepis & Bayonets also comes with period-specific traits and command abilities for the two wars, a range of generic scenarios but also more period-specific random events. You will also get two campaigns that cover the American Civil War. From Bull Run to Appomattox takes your army through the main battles of the war. Bleeding Kansas changes things up, recreating the clashes between the Southern Bushwhackers and Northern Jayhawkers.
