I finished some more models of the Brotherhood without banners faction.

Lady Stoneheart

Death has changed Catelyn Stark. Lady Stoneheart is less gracious and forgiving than in life, and is consumed with a desire for vengeance on anyone she thinks betrayed her and her son, Robb. She hangs any men associated with the Freys, Boltons, or Lannisters, even if they had nothing to do with the Red Wedding or if they are boys, as is the case of Podrick Payne.

And Anguy the Archer

Anguy is a skilled archer hailing from the Stormlands and a member of the Brotherhood Without Banners.

These models I painted almost a month ago but didn’t had the time to make some pictures and post them over here.

These are the Sworn Knights from the Brotherhood without Banners.

While the Brotherhood Without Banners might not be beholden to any House, that doesn’t mean they’re simply a rag-tag band. The Brotherhood Sworn Knights are knights of renown that have taken up a higher calling: that of protecting the common folk from the scourge of war.

Last year at Spiel in Essen I went all-in on the Brotherhood without Banners expansion (starterbox and two expansionboxes). For this month’s painting competition the theme was Sinners and Saints. So I decided to paint up Thoros of Myr with his flaming sword.

I also painted up a couple of more minis.

Edric Dayne

Gendry

Hot Pie

And another version of Thoros of Myr

The rest of the minis are halfway painted and I will post them here when they are finished.

Last month’s theme for the painting competition was water and I was thinking about finishing my Night’s Watch faction. But the amount of models was too high to finish them before the deadline of the 25th so I painted a single model for Batman Gotham City Chronicles. I did set myself a goal to finish the Night’s Watch before new years day. I managed to complete them on 31st of december and made some pictures. I didn’t have the time to post them before now, because of the festivities.

First up the starter box.

When in war, a Commander must take advantage of all of the technology at their disposal. Minor breakthroughs can provide a slight edge on the battlefield, but when a discovery like Wildfire is made, it’s enough to turn the tide of a conflict.

With the Pyromancers Unit Box for A Song of Ice and Fire: Tabletop Miniatures Game, Lannister Commanders will be able to take advantage of ‘the substance,’ a volatile, green liquid that sticks to armor and burns the flesh inside. It is a powerful tool on the battlefield, but wielding it can be dangerous, and mishandling it can be disastrous to their own troops. However, it’s worth the risks when they see the panic Wildfire can induce in the opposing forces. The Alchemists’ Guild is about to make its mark on the war.

For this month’s painting competition I painted some Pyromancers.

I tried a new technique I hadn’t done before, OSL with my airbrush. I think it came out quite nice.

After taking the first pictures and shutting of the lights I noticed the fluor green is also ‘glow in the dark’
