Secret Weapon Preview New Vehicle

Secret Weapon Miniatures have put up a preview of the new 6 x 6 Rapid Assault Vehicle which will soon be making an appearance.

This kit will soon be available, including interchangeable turrets allowing you to wield either a flame thrower or a machine gun.

So guys, do you think that this is looking promising?

A very accepatable price at 39.99$ and reasonable low shipping. Still a winner for me.

Thanks – the price is actually higher than I was hoping for but lower than it probably should be.

Of course I want the kit out there so the price stays 🙂

I will confirm some details here as well.

Pre-order and release dates are still TBD. I’m making some last minute changes to the kit – mostly clean-up work I noticed from the first casts.

The model will be available as a full kit – with everything shown (and the not shown hull flame thrower and machine gun) -for $39.99

The turret will be available with your choice of any one gun for $14.99

The hull will be available separately for $24.99

The turret weapon options are:

Multi-Laser (top left)
Twin Autocannon (left top center)
Heavy Machine Guns (bottom left)
Heavy Flamethrower (left bottom center)
High Velocity Cannon (right center)
Plasma Cannon (top right)
Support Cannon (bottom right)

As the guns are swappable I will make them available separately at some point as well but probably not for the initial release. I don’t want to have 50 kits to send out and be short on one of the guns.

I do expect to have the pre-order up in time for Christmas though so stay tuned….

You know @misterjustin , I’ve been looking forward for this release for some time. I hope every one of them is sold within the day of pre-order just so you can make more as a sign of your good hard work. The SW team always come out with quality resin stuff. I myself have some of your skull bases.

I really do like the look as its very hitech but modern at the same time. Im not a real fan of tracked armour, so this is right up my alley.

This is a brilliant vehicle & the options are great. Very germanic looking (not a bad thing) & reminiscent of the WW2 Sd.Kfz 234 series. However, the turret brings it right into future. A must for the display cabinet or the tabletop. Cheers.

I’m hoping to have the pre-order up early next week. I found some cosmetic flaws in the first casts and rather than ship it as-is went in, cleaned up the masters and am going back to remolding. It means another delay but a better product… and I can live with that.
