Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV
The newest entry in the series is being developed by KING Art Games and published by Deep Silver. You will head to the planet Kronus for endless battles between Space Marines, the Adeptus Mechanicus, Orks and Necrons.
Ork Gameplay // Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War IV
Dawn of War IV will return to the series' Real Time Strategy (RTS) roots, where you'll be building bases before fighting for control of areas of the map and eventually defeating your foes. You'll be able to bring hundreds of troops to the battlefield, backed up by some iconic characters from the different armies.

Some fan favourite elements of traditional Dawn of War gameplay are also returning, including a dynamic cover system which is more reminiscent of Dawn of War than what you would have seen in Dawn of War 2 and 3. Heroes will also be able to join your units and buff them as they charge forward into the fray but you'll also get plenty of special abilities to use and trigger should you like delving into the micro.

Additionally, you'll be able to see all of those glorious sync-kills that you love from Dawn of War. Troops will fight with each other rather than just flailing wildly and you'll miss loads of what's actually happening in the game as you zoom in on the Dreadnought smashing an Ork into the ground.

All of this is wrapped up in a neat package with not one but four campaigns that cover the endeavours of the main factions in the game. You'll be able to dive in and see the fate of Kronus from the perspective of Space Marines, Adeptus Mechanicus, Orks and the Necrons. Everything is currently sounding awesome and it will be neat to see more gameplay details in the coming months.

I hope it will be good. It will definitely stress my poor little PC if it runs at all :S
if only GW could do an epic-scale tabletop game that was as balanced as this series has been.

1 was great, I put hundreds upon hundreds of hours into it. But they shit the bed so hard with 2 I couldn’t even have told you there was a third version. I’ll wait to see some extended gameplay before I get excited..
I don’t PC game, so this isn’t a possibility for me. Oh well.
Good to see the Blood Ravens returning and it’ll be interesting to see what they do with it. Replaying the original with the Definitive Edition right now and remembering why I love the series. The big question is, to replay two and three before four launches or just keep the warm fuzzies from the Def Edition…
