Wicked Awesome, Loved the story line when it came out in the 80’ish, I have some friends that are very religious , they were very uncomfortable with 40k and D&D so this played right in to there sort of religious ways. It is nice to see the game with a new start on life.

There seems to be no end to Prodo’s productivity – what they’ve done with Warzone is just fantastic. Another company progressing well and diversifying it’s ranges can only be good for the hobbyist.

The necromower is alot better looking than the original, where the footless driver had a weapon in each hand and no obvious way to steer the vehicle! Must have been by shifting his weight around!

Noticed nobody explained to that guy what a Necromower was, so I’ll do it:
It’s basically a buggy with a heavy machine gun attached and it apparently has the ability to “run over undead legionnaires and necromutants” (according to the 2nd edition fluff, however, no such ability was listed in the rulebook).
Prodos are sure to have updated it a bit., though.
Anyway, Imperial is really shaping up to be a damn interesting faction, they’ll certainly be my secondary army (Bauhaus being primary).

But those Wolfbanes – holy s*** but they are some of the coolest minis I’ve ever seen – especially the mower.

Another example where I’d of happily of ignored this game if not for BoW. In my aged brain i didn’t make the connection with the original game which as a teenager I was obsessed with, now I’m really excited and war to dive straight back into it. The starter box looks awesome.

I’ve not really checked out the Prodos stuff before, I pulled out of the AvP kickstarter early after they reneged on publishing rules during the kickstarter. However I have to say the mini’s were a lot better than I was expecting (both for this and warzone).

Never got the original game, but Blood Berets was on my most wanted list and still is.
My true love for this IP and franchise comes from the Sean Pertwee, Ron Pearlman, and Thomas Jane starring movie : Mutant Chronicles .

The new miniatures from Prodos for Warzone are all looking great. I picked a few up years ago when they were metal and chunky. I saw the new Mourning Wolves and will be picking some up I think.

The Wolfsbane look really cool.
The good thing about the Necromower is that you can upgrade the squad commander and change their classification from ‘light vehicle’ to ‘support’, allowing you to have both a squad of Mowers and a Hurricane Walker at the same time in a standard OCC.

Cybertronic is my favorit faction. I saw on earlier pictures that their walker is huge.
The Aliens game boards were both awesome. I especially liked the jungle / step pyramid – the green/yellow-brown mat really made this pop, great stuff !

This game had been on the back burner in my local club for some time now,but has gained popularity (due to the lovely minis) lately…the starter army is probably enough to make me dive into the game system.

Played a game of warzone as soon as I got into Salute and loved it. Came home with the Mishima starter and my friend picked up the Brotherhood. All the models look so good as well.
