For Yu Jing, it’s simple: Spend 45 € on the Imperial Service Sectorial Starter Box. With that, you’ll have more than 300 Points and the full 6 SWC you’re allowed to field. What’s more, those SWC are spent in a reasonable way! You have weapons for close, medium and long ranges, you have some specialists (although you’ll want to include a “real” doctor and engineer for ITS missions at some point) and it’s also a good start towards an ISS sectorial army, as both the Hsien and Ninja can be included in that!
And that starter just came out, so the miniatures are as beautiful as the contents of the Red Veil Box, and they fit them perfectly! This is absolutely what I’ll be buying after RV.

For Haqqislam, there’s a similar option: Go for the Qapu Khalqi Starter Box. You’ll end up at 300 Points again, you’ll have 5.5 SWC covered and have some nasty tricks up your sleeve with those troops. Again, this opens the way into a sectorial army, which also allows you to legally field the Yuan Yuan you got with your preorder! The Ghulam carry over as some very nice line infantry, and the Al Fasid could be used to proxy an Azra’il AP HMG until you have enough models for a full QK army! If you preordered Human Sphere N3 and are itching to bring the drop-dead-gorgeous Druze Hacker to the field, well, get a box of Druze and the Spitfire blister to accompany her for one scary Linked Team and you’re ready to bring the pain!
Again, don’t underestimate the value of the Support Pack, as those Doctors/Engineers and their Servant Remotes are worth their weight in… uh… Silk? Well, probably not that much.

Lastly, all armies can benefit from the basic remotes. Fit them with rare earth magnets so you can swap out the weapons and you’ll never lack great options to mix up the game. Those things are versatile!
