In fairness to CB, their latest models have generally been an order of magnitude easier to put together than some of their earlier stuff. I wouldn’t expect this new version to be as fiddly.

I think CB’s currently policy is that everything should be metal despite as you say this model would have been a good starting point to start working with resin.

If the Maghariba had been resin, then I strongly suspect their forums would have melted down (and it’s hardly the happiest of places anyway).
