We're back to find out how the game is going as the Forsaken take on the Outcast in this Dark Age Demo Game.
It's fantastic seeing the battle being played out and there are some interesting tactics being employed here too!

My goodness Warren, you are like a weird anomaly of good luck, teach me your ways. This battle was amazing and Old Ma has the potential to be a very very scary force on the field if you have luck on your side.
Prior to this I was leaning toward starting a forsaken army but after seeing them in action I really like the look of the nomads / outcast. Dursh looks so much fun to play with.

Isnt the calculation For n dice, this is 1/(6n). So it will be6*6*6 or 216-1?
Ah OK I didn’t realise( though I should have done after looking at your calculation) that your using D20’s

Dodgeball reference for the win, however I think the prize has to go to Old Ma. If you can dodge the Widowmaker then you can dodge a wrench with ease. I picture her just calmly blowing the smoke from the tip of the Widowmaker after shooting Durshe in the face before walking away.
I Love that there is a Critical Failure on armor rolls.

I think there was some editing of the action here, not even Warren is that lucky with dice rolling. Whilst the action was good and this type of battle report is the way to do it, in my opinion, I am still not sold on this game for some reason.

My God! It’s Gamma World, Warmachine, 40K, Hordes, WWX and Deadzone all rolled into one intense game. There may be other games in that list but I can only play so many…..unless someone want’s to buy a slightly used kidney????
Warren is scary blessed by the dice gods…. I’ve seen some crazy stuff at the game table but seriously he must have made a deal with the devil.

Old Ma wants swamping with multiple melee attacks or blast weapons. Keep forcing that dodge roll, or stay out range of the Widowmaker.
I would have liked to have seen the Sisters get stuck in, just to see what a real meaty melee looked like.

How could this even be possible? Is there no rift in the fabric of existence now caused by this improbability (and impudence at that)?
I find a bit dampening that in essence all came down to two characters whacking on each other. Even more so, that one doesn’t even belong to the main factions contesting here. But, helps building a story – of grudges – and thus adding depth to the personal gaming experience, I guess.
Though I highly recomend to refrain from taking the supposed piece of cheese yourself next time. Do you really wish to side with this pool of frustration for you? Beat it, break it, throw it in the dust and step on it, suckerpunch it – that’s respectable form now on if something like that happened. They called for it.
Don’t succumb to the lure of cheesiness! Break the cycle! ^^

that was a crazy amount of one’s! 🙂 I had a similar game while playing a Operation Flamestrike scenario, it wasn’t as crazy as warrens crit run but at one point I started apologising to my opponent. poor justin!

Game looks really interesting, and models are pretty nice looking. Any suggestions where in the UK I can get hold of models. Can not seem to find a UK reseller. Wayland games have them listed, but with no stock.
