With the arms sorted , I’ve pretty much got these tank riders done . Just a few touch ups on paint and then a wash . Could manage to fit six . Between the raised fan shrouds and covers on the engine deck and the poses of the original figures its major surgery / reconstruction to fit more unless they’re all sitting .  Best I’ve done is 9 Ivans on a T-34/85
