What an absolute legend he was.

I read a quote somewhere that Peter was in a lot of bad films, but he was never bad in a film.

This still stands true today, even in death his likeness was still a magical thing to see in Rogue One.

Part of me wishes Hammer would follow suit and do a Van Helsing film with Guy Henry wearing The Cush’s CGI face.

Some of my earliest childhood memories are staying up late at night to watch the Hammer Dracula movies and Frankenstein films on BBC, Peter Cushing is a lot of my childhood, and knowing that the great man had a great interest in the world of wargamming warms my heart more towards him.
