I’d concur with the above sentiment @warzan – you cannot do everything and if you are the business owner / manager then you cant moderate forums , do customer service, run the business, general inquiries , act as a social media operator, online troubleshooter and more. You can delegate, and you can have a more streamlined way of ‘getting in touch’ or contacting OTT.
