The easiest way would be a sticky post at the top of the forum… PLEASE READ FIRST… then say what the forum is about and your liability announcement.

Might also be an idea to have an introduce yourself thread as well – links to your business, your credentials, areas of expertise  etc.  I don’t own a small business, or even worked for one before, but I have a masters degree in economics and a shit ton of experience in quality management systems and standards and am happy for people to pick my brain if they want.
