@uptrebor No probs Rob 🙂 Podio (its an online collaboration tool) handles the entire process, the form you filled in is actually hosted by podio, you then should have got an email letting you know that a record had been created and an invite to join the workspace etc. Justin then drops updates into that workspace – hence I can see the supplier was contacted on the 27th etc.

Can you check your spam folder etc and see if anything is lying around in there?

It’s a good system – but obviously only if you are hooked in! – So let me see if I can fix that and try to make it more clear and intuitive how podio is used for prize claims etc 🙂

Now… Just right at this moment we are running just to keep still so I’m not sure if I have the resources available to address this straight away – as there’s a chunk of work potentially in this creating a simple manual etc – but let me look into it.

But you could do me a massive favour – if it looks like this has went off the boil in a few weeks time, it might just have been forgot about – please ping me about it as it is something I would like to improve 🙂 – and in the mean time I’ll try to get something done on it. 🙂
