And I think having “sculptor X” on your box could very well be a selling point. They leave money on the table for the sake of keeping the workforce “generic” and “replaceable” :S

I wonder, are sculptor allowed to show work as their work once they leave a company? Or is this a “your contract says all your bases are belong to us” situation and you are not allowed to advertise yourself to other projects/employers as “I did these minis. I can do similar things for you”?
