It’s a common enough issue – occurring almost every week – that it is worth talking about. Given I walk into Waterstones and pick up almost any book published at least in the last year (if not longer), and any number of recent hardbacks – to have a new book that isn’t limited edition sell out completely in minutes is a problem, and fosters dissatisfaction.

It’s okay to not comment on this thread if you don’t like it, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to say this discussion is silly.
