Just amazed it’s taken this long for it to be said out loud: Kickstarter has been little more than a pre-order system for years and years now.

I’m pretty sure that Gerry and I on the uHH and Paul & David at the Yellow Belly tabletop said so months ago. Also, let’s not forget that people doing kickstarters sometimes pay sites like OTT for covering them which in turn makes them able to provide us with this forum and project system. So it’s rather reasonable to talk “bad” about that business model. If you know what I mean. Words today are sticky in my brain.

I sometimes feel for Shay. Not only does he get grief from the guys about being such a young ‘un.
But he also missed out on an incredible time of excitement and revolution – it turns out the 90s were actually a pretty good time to be alive!

Yeah but he has Gerry around and I guess some other regulars who can shower him with stories. It’s next best thing I guess XD
