In other news: my bike is going to the shop next week. Current temperatures are making the clutch and gears slip like crazy and it’s almost impossible to actually drive. People in the know (and the shop owner) made me aware of the fact that my setup is not oil fed or swimming in oil or grease but just has a film of oil for lubrication and should be refreshed every 12 months. But you need to disassemble half of the bike to do so and still winter will make it go “crunch”.

So regular service this time will include switching from oil to “proper grease”. Hopefully then I will ride again and not sound like a bag of bolts.
