A fun segment from the game between myself and @elessar2590 a few weeks ago:
March 25, 2019 at 3:19 am #1366209@oriskany that was a great game.
This was only my Second game and we managed to get through the whole thing only having to look up one thing in the rules (To be fair it was a very rare and obscure thing. Not sure if we recorded that bit so I won’t spoil it) which says a lot for the rules and the teacher.
I’m really liking Hex and Counter Wargaming. I doubt I’ll ever paint up a Platoon or Company of IDF and the equivalent number of PLO so it was great to be able to wargame with them.

@elessar2590 – So glad you liked it! It was almost a 4-hour stream, everyone, so I’ll never post the whole thing … but little highlights here and there … probably the one oddity in the rules @elessar2590 mentions … I also want to post some more ore of @stvitusdancern ‘s try with IDF Merkavas and AH-1 Cobras against Syrian T-72s, T-62s, and PLA T-55s.
Meanwhile, today’s IDF Mechanized Infantry vs. PLO + Technicals game, well, got sticky on some places very very fast … 😀
March 25, 2019 at 4:02 am #1366217My version of a PMC using the special miniature from Spectre Miniatures. Started painting during the live stream.

Epic work on that PMC @stvitusdancern – I like the basing too, and damn, you him done fast! 😀
March 25, 2019 at 4:04 pm #1366470Thank you @oriskany Was a great mini to paint.

Well, everyone – The Arab-Israeli Wars work on the Ops Center is finally wrapping up. Meanwhile, I’ve found some games for exploding future historical modern war material …

I have the “Lite” version of the base game (Air War C21 – Available for peanuts over on Wargamer’s Vault), and of course the supplement pictured above.
I’ll be adapting this for on-line play on the weekends.
Any takers? ( @damon , I’m looking at you) 😀
March 27, 2019 at 9:49 pm #1367690@oriskany I would be interested in that one, maybe

March 27, 2019 at 9:54 pm #1367691March 28, 2019 at 12:16 am #1367721@grimwolfuk sounds like a great show coming up!
Can’t wait to hear the chat from that group of industry leaders.
March 28, 2019 at 8:37 am #1367811Update on Ghost Ops for SITRep, hoping to get something in place before the end of April and looking at the times it would be on a Saturday early evening. I’m working on some more background information however the game will be set around 2024 and you will be part of a PMC called Overwatch.
March 28, 2019 at 3:44 pm #1368127Limited Edition Convention Mini From Spectre
March 28, 2019 at 6:18 pm #1368256Does this mean that Spectre is capable of replicating the scenes from John Wyck ?
’cause that Baba Yaga sure as heck isn’t a witch. 😉

March 28, 2019 at 8:39 pm #1368281@grimwolfuk : please stop making me want more stuff 😉
I noticed that there’s a ‘lite’ version of Airwar (free stuff is always good, right ?) :
https://www.wargamevault.com/product/58164/AirWar-C21-lite?manufacturers_id=2492
And a 1917 variant :

It does make me wonder how a modern variant could be played given the distances and speed involved.
