Finally finished up Tank Girl (aka ‘Valerya’ from Hera Models)

Such a fun fun piece to work on and was able to really try and push myself in a few differnt directions as well as try to improve and expand on a few other techniques.

Really happy how she turned out 🙂

Hi everyone! It’s been quite some time since I’ve posted anything, but I’ve been making a concerted effort to return and make progress on some hobby projects. Currently I’m working through the Death Guard portion of the ‘Know No Fear’ box…starting with this Foetid Bloat-Drone. I’ve been mixing several techniques (zenithal priming, contrast, base/layer, drybrushing, variable sheen, and technical products) to try and get to the best result with the fewest steps. I think this turned out nice…please let me know what you think, and if there are any suggestions for adding additional ‘pop’ with minimal effort :).

If anyone is interested I may start a Project for the remainder of these 😉

Hi, working on this guy for a diorama with some genestealer cult and space marine models. The scene is turning out quite broad and I’m wondering about base options. Does anyone know of a good source for large wooden display bases in Ireland? Or failing that, a place in Europe that has a lot of options?

I have been playing about this evening with my The Barons’ War: by Warhost and Footsore figures sculpted by the wonderfully talents Paul Hicks. The character in these figures is amazing and so full of life. Great stuff. I so love this range of figures and the history around the First Barons’ War and Robin Hood too.
