I did consider that, but in this case I imagine it would be more a beauty mark and that would belong on the face.  But what do I know?  Perhaps a larger quality picture would make it look more like a wart.  Right now it looks like dirt on my monitor.  All I know for sure is that I’ve left marks on models I’ve only noticed on photos after I’ve posted them to BoW.  Photos are great for revealing mistakes and areas you forgot to paint.

hey everyone!
Seems like forever since I posted on here…. for that I’m very sorry.
Looking through though, you have all been up to the usual amazing level of work

So, what am I up to at the moment?
I’m having a bit of a break from painting my LOTR army and painting up a small diorama using a awesome minotaur mini I got from Zealot miniature’s recent kickstarter.

Here’s how I’m getting on… would be great to hear your thoughts on it so far

@lawnor One more happy accident it seems to work with. I agree I don’t catch some things when I take the photos. I was in a rush for this latest piece.

@sundancer I’d make sure to have a much more pronounced figure for warts…. which reminds me of a Nurgle related figure for future painting

Just finished painting Sir Harry Paget Flashman VC, KCB, KCIE.

From the George MacDonald Fraser Flashman Novels. Minis is from Warlord Games and depicts Flashman during the Charge of the Light Brigade at Balaclava from the book “Flashman at the Charge”.
