I’m a little bit disappointed that they called the rule ‘Decent of Angels’. I’ve always thought of that phrase as belonging to the Dark Angels. Even one of the Horus Heresy books about the Dark Angels is titled ‘Decent of Angels’. I guess I feel like the Blood Angels have stolen a bit of thunder there.

On topic: Descent of Angels has caused me much pain as a Tau player. It just seems Blood Angels are everything Tau can’t deal with easily. though I’m not surprised really.
