Would you believe I actually LOST weight on this Boot Camp? And yes, I was eating this food. You’re up so early, you’re pushing so hard through the day, you barely take five minutes to eat, you’re back at the production line or the front, you’re up until 1:00 at the pub, back to the hotel for posts and keeping up at the site until 3:00 or 4:00, up at 8:00 for a quick shower at breakfast . . . start again!

Besides, this is fish. Isn’t fish supposed to be good for you? 😀
