I love cool looking minis, but the more I see of CMON board games the more I wonder if the games are actually enhanced by having the minis or if they are just bling that ups the cost and storage space. I can see the value of the hero and villian minis in this game, but if the minions are interchangeable and just for counting, then surely cubes would serve the same purpose and reduce the cost of the product?
Interesting idea, I would have to see more to make a decision, being able to try it even better. It has been hard in my area to get people to buy into this type of game, especially since FLGS often have a very little incentive with CMON games. Not loving the minis enough to get it for that reason.
I like kickass and i like true co-op games, this is going to be very intresting to play
